1. Operator and scope
pesdb.net is operated by Ilias Vidalis, established in Greece.
pesdb.net provides searchable player databases and related informational tools for eFootball and earlier PES games. The service includes player pages, filters, comparisons, progression calculations and pack information. pesdb.net does not sell game accounts, players, in-game currency or access to KONAMI services.
These Terms apply to all pages and tools provided under the pesdb.net domain. The Privacy Policy separately explains the processing of personal data and cookies.
2. Permitted use
You may use pesdb.net for lawful personal research, game-related reference and comparison. You may share ordinary links to public pesdb.net pages, provided that the link does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation.
Access is granted on a limited, revocable and non-exclusive basis. No right or licence is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.
3. Prohibited use
You must not:
- use automated scripts, crawlers, scrapers or similar tools to systematically copy, enumerate or extract the database or a substantial part of it without prior written permission;
- circumvent rate limits, access controls, canonical URL requirements, robots directives or other technical protections;
- send excessive, concurrent or intentionally malformed requests, probe sequential player identifiers, or otherwise interfere with the security, integrity or availability of pesdb.net;
- reproduce or republish the design, source code, original presentation, database arrangement or generated materials of pesdb.net as a competing service without permission;
- misrepresent the source of pesdb.net content or suggest that pesdb.net, its operator or KONAMI endorses another product or service; or
- use pesdb.net for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
pesdb.net may restrict or block requests that violate these Terms or threaten the service. Legitimate search engines and social preview services remain subject to reasonable technical controls.
4. Player data, calculations and user tools
Player data are extracted or derived from game data and may be updated, corrected or removed. Although reasonable care is taken, pesdb.net does not guarantee that every name, statistic, level, pack, skill, availability status, progression result or other value is complete, current or error-free.
Progression and overall calculations are estimates intended to assist players. Results may differ from the game because of game updates, undocumented mechanics, incorrect source values, rounding or implementation differences.
Compare lists and custom player builds may be stored locally in your browser. They may be lost if you clear browser data, change browser or device, use private browsing, or if browser storage becomes unavailable. pesdb.net is not a backup service.
5. Intellectual property and third-party rights
The original software, interface, layout, written material, visual presentation and compilation created for pesdb.net are protected by applicable intellectual-property and database laws. The pesdb.net name and branding may not be used in a manner that causes confusion.
eFootball, PES, KONAMI and related names, logos, game artwork and game data belong to KONAMI or their respective rights holders. Football player names, club names, competition names, emblems and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners.
pesdb.net is an independent, unofficial database. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by KONAMI, any football association, league, club or player.
6. External links, advertisements and third-party services
pesdb.net may contain advertisements or links to third-party websites. Those services are controlled by their respective operators and may have separate terms and privacy policies. A link or advertisement does not constitute endorsement, and pesdb.net is not responsible for third-party content, availability, products, security or privacy practices.
7. Availability, updates and enforcement
pesdb.net may add, modify, suspend or discontinue pages, features, historical databases or access methods. Maintenance, game updates, security incidents and circumstances outside reasonable control may cause temporary or permanent interruption.
Access may be limited or refused where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or infrastructure, comply with law, or respond to abusive traffic. pesdb.net is not required to preserve obsolete URLs, expired packs, locally stored builds or any particular feature indefinitely.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
pesdb.net is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for general informational and entertainment purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no express or implied warranty is given regarding accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pesdb.net and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service, including loss of locally stored builds, gaming decisions, data or revenue.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any mandatory consumer right available under applicable law.
9. Governing law, changes and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without prejudice to mandatory protections that apply in the country where a consumer habitually resides. Disputes are subject to the competent courts determined by applicable law.
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to pesdb.net, security requirements or applicable law. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
